The episode picks up where the previous one left off, with our protagonist, Samar (played by Ishan Pandey), still reeling from the events that transpired in the previous episode. Seelampur, a fictional town in Uttar Pradesh, is a hub of crime and corruption, and the show does an excellent job of portraying the squalor, poverty, and desperation that pervades this world.
The supporting cast, including Vijay Kashyap and Swara Bhaskar, deliver strong performances that add depth to the narrative.
The show does not shy away from portraying the harsh realities of life in a crime-ridden town. The characters are multidimensional, with each one struggling to survive in a world that seems determined to crush them.
The writers have done an excellent job of creating a sense of tension and unease, as the audience is introduced to a world where crime and violence are an everyday occurrence. The cinematography is stunning, with the camera work capturing the cramped, narrow alleys and the squalid living conditions of the residents.
